Job summary
ASC is Australia’s submarine company seeking a People & Culture Specialist – Workforce Strategy & Reporting to shape workforce outcomes through strategic reporting and insights. You will partner with People & Culture teams and project groups to deliver workforce initiatives and maintain critical inputs against deadlines.

Qualifications
- Experience in workforce reporting, analytics, workforce planning, position management, HRIS, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.
- Attention to detail, governance and data quality commitment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce strategy initiatives, reporting frameworks and planning activities.
- Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and analytics for actionable insights.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across People & Culture and project teams.
- Monitor milestones and ensure alignment with deadlines.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data quality.
