This is a broad role that combines recruitment, people operations, reporting, employee relations support and employee experience initiatives, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in People & Culture.

Working closely with the Head of People & Culture, you'll become a trusted partner across the business, helping us attract great talent, deliver exceptional people experiences, and support organisational growth during an exciting period of change under new leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment activities across the business.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
  • Source and engage candidates using SEEK Premium Search and other channels.
  • Conduct candidate screening and first-round interviews.
  • Actively support Senior and Executive Leadership recruitment processes.
  • Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Track recruitment performance and improve candidate experience.

People Operations

  • Prepare employment contracts and workforce documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
  • Maintain employee records and Employment Hero administration.
  • Support remuneration review and employee movement processes.
  • Assist with policy administration and compliance requirements.

Employee Relations, WHS & Compliance

  • Provide first-level guidance on people policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
  • Coordinate workers compensation and return-to-work administration.
  • Assist with WHS reporting, compliance monitoring and governance activities.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare workforce reports, dashboards and people metrics.
  • Monitor KPI completion and organisational workforce trends.
  • Analyse recruitment, turnover and engagement data to support decision-making.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Head of People & Culture.

Employee Experience

  • Support employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal communications and employee newsletters.
  • Assist with attraction, retention and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in HR, People & Culture, recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in recruitment sourcing and recruitment process coordination.
  • A highly organised and resourceful approach, with the ability to solve problems and find practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities as the organisation evolves.
  • Confidence building relationships with leaders, employees and candidates at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and technology skills, including the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, reporting and employee experiences.
  • Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms will be highly regarded.
  • A genuine passion for people, culture and continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
  • 5 weeks annual leave pro-rata for all new starters prior to 1 January.
  • Access to professional development programs, supporting career growth - including town halls, monthly lunch & learn sessions, and all-company Conference.
  • Collaborate with friendly teams, focused on delivering top-quality care for patients and one another.
  • Growing list of initiatives - currently including Quarterly Recognition Awards and Employee Referral Bonuses.
  • 24/7 Access to Employee Assistance Program.

This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact in a business that is evolving and investing in its people. You'll gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, work closely with senior leaders, and play a key role in shaping how we attract, engage and retain great people.

We are investing more into our people as evidenced by our growing staff satisfaction from our recent Employee Surveys (increase from 72% to 75% overall satisfaction in only 6 months).
