Randstad HR Partners Sydney is seeking an experienced People & Culture Partner to join its People and Culture team. The role partners with leaders across the business to build scalable HR practices and shape a high-performing culture for a growing organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will drive strategy with hands-on delivery across talent acquisition, HRIS, employee relations, and governance to support growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Commercially minded HR professional.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to build scalable HR practices.
• Ability to design and execute practical, high-impact HR initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle: Drive structured recruitment processes to secure top talent while overseeing onboarding, people administration, and core lifecycle processes.
• HRIS, Data & Insights: Maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate data, utilizing HR analytics and reporting to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve people practices.
• Leader Capability & Advice: Provide practical advice and support to managers across employee relations, performance management, and complex workplace matters.
• Governance & Legislation: Ensure all people's practices and policies are applied fairly and consistently in alignment with Australian employment legislation and organisational values.
• Scalable Culture & Initiatives: Deliver practical talent and culture initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, drive employee engagement, and support scalable growth.
