Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor or P&C Generalist in Sydney to manage a broad range of day-to-day HR activities. You will handle employee relations, probation reviews, performance management, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding while guiding managers on employment legislation and policies.

The role requires strong knowledge of Australian employment law and the ability to coach at all levels, with a proactive, organised approach.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and NES.
• Ability to coach managers and influence at all levels.
• Experience with HR documentation and contracts.
• Proactive and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations: disciplinary processes, grievances and investigations.
• Support probation reviews and performance management.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide practical employment legislation advice.
