Job summary

Peoplecorp is seeking a complete generalist People & Culture partner in Sydney to support a large operational workforce. The role partners with operational leaders to deliver practical P&C advice across the employee lifecycle, including performance, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Qualifications

• Broad generalist P&C experience with end‑to‑end ER capability including performance, grievance and disciplinary matters.
• Ability to coach and partner with managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience across recruitment, awards and industrial relations is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage ER matters end-to-end including grievances, performance and disciplinary processes.
• Coach managers through employee relations and provide practical advice.
• Support interpretation and application of the relevant Industry Award.
• Assist in managing high-volume recruitment during peak periods.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment strategy as volumes fluctuate.
• Build strong relationships across the workforce.
• Support annual development and performance processes.
• Contribute to broader P&C projects across safety, L&D, systems and process improvement.
• Assist in SAP automation and improvement of P&C processes.
• Work with the wider P&C team to maintain a consistent approach.
