Capstone Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor or P&C Generalist in Sydney to manage a broad range of day-to-day HR activities. You will handle employee relations, probation reviews, performance management, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding while guiding managers on employment legislation and policies.

The role requires strong knowledge of Australian employment law and the ability to coach at all levels, with a proactive, organised approach.

Qualificações

• Solid knowledge of the Fair Work Act and NES.

About the Role

Reporting to the P&C Manager, you will take responsibility for a broad range of day to day HR activities across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances and workplace investigations
• Supporting managers through probation reviews, performance management, underperformance and difficult conversations
• Preparing and managing employment contracts, variations and HR documentation
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
• Providing accurate, practical advice on employment legislation and policy

About You

You are an experienced HR Advisor or P&C Generalist who is confident working independent and managing competing priorities. You will bring:

• A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
• The confidence to coach and influence managers at all levels
• Exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Experience with Employment Hero (advantageous)

Above all, you are ambitious and keen to develop your career towards a more senior P&C role.
