Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an HR Advisor to join a well-established business in Western Sydney. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and HR administration in a true generalist role reporting to the HR Manager.

Based on a Greenacre site with onsite parking, this permanent full-time position offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of people initiatives, from workforce planning to performance management in a fast-paced manufacturing/logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Confident building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or similar environments.

Job description

We're currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a well-established and growing business based in Western Sydney.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you'll be part of a close-knit team supporting a large operational workforce. This is a true generalist role where you'll get involved across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, performance management and day-to-day support for leaders and employees.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the floor, building relationships with stakeholders and partnering with managers to solve people-related issues.
