Job summary

MSS Security in Melbourne is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a busy portfolio of managers across recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. You will handle high-volume recruitment, induction processes and HR data management, becoming the Workday champion for the team.

Ideal candidates will have generalist HR experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A HR qualification is preferred and MS Office proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment and pre-employment processes.
• Onboard new starters: contracts, inductions, documentation.
• Act as Workday Champion: data integrity and user training.
• Prepare employment contracts and variations.
• Support visa checks and compliance.
• Assist with ER matters and monthly HR reporting.
• Attend job fairs and partner visits to attract talent.
