MSS Security seeks a P&C Coordinator in Victoria to support a busy HR function. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HR administration and employee relations, reporting to the People and Culture Manager.

The role requires strong communication, organisation and HR knowledge, with opportunities for development and progression. You will coordinate high-volume recruitment, manage contracts and inductions, and maintain data integrity across Workday.

Qualificações

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes.
• HR generalist experience at entry level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment and selection including pre-employment checks.
• Oversee onboarding: contracts, documents, inductions.
• Act as Workday Champion: data integrity and user training.
• Prepare employment documentation and visa checks.
• Support ER matters and investigations as needed.
• Produce monthly/quarterly HR reports.
• Attend job fairs to attract talent.
