About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused People & Culture Coordinator to join our NSW team in Parramatta on a fixed-term basis, providing maternity leave cover through to November 2026.

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the employee lifecycle across recruitment and onboarding, Workday administration, employee changes, reporting, HR documentation and day-to-day P&C support.

You’ll be joining a fun, dynamic and supportive P&C team where no two days are quite the same. We work hard, help each other out and enjoy a laugh along the way.

Key Responsiblities
