MSS Security Pty Ltd invites a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support recruitment across a major client contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from job advertising and interviews through to compliance and employment agreements, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ideal candidates are structured, organised, and capable of juggling multiple vacancies while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Must have end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and hiring managers.
Experience handling high-volume recruitment campaigns across multiple sites.
Ability to build and manage talent pipelines for critical roles.
Structured and organised approach with strong record-keeping and prioritisation.

Responsabilités

Manage end-to-end recruitment across MSS Security's largest client contract, from job advertising and interviews through to compliance and employment agreements.
Proactively plan recruitment activity by monitoring workforce needs and attrition to stay ahead of vacancies.
Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet workforce requirements and support operational delivery.
Actively source candidates and build talent pipelines for critical vacancies across regional locations.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to prioritise vacancies and meet recruitment needs.
