Job summary

HarperLloyd Recruitment is seeking an experienced P&D Advisor for a Perth CBD-based role. You will provide day-to-day P&D advisory support, partner with Partners and senior leaders, and drive early careers recruitment, onboarding and inductions, with autonomy to own your initiatives.

You’ll work within a supportive, long-tenured P&D team while contributing to office projects including the upcoming consolidation, and you’ll engage across business operations to add tangible value in people,

Qualifications

• Background in P&D, People & Culture or recruitment agency.
• Able to partner with senior stakeholders and provide practical advisory support.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day P&D advisory support across the business.
• Build relationships with Partners, senior leaders and employees.
• Coordinate early careers recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
• Assist with performance review processes, administration and reporting.
• Support learning and development initiatives and employee engagement.
