Job summary

Inline Cosmetic Laboratories is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support the P&C function across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through onboarding and development.

In this hands-on role, you will build relationships with manufacturing site staff, maintain accurate HR data, coordinate training, and contribute to people initiatives in a growing Australian company. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People & Culture or similar role (Manufacturing an Advantage)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence communicating with people at all levels of an organisation
• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and Australian employment legislation
• Experience with HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
• A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities from advertising to offers and pre-employment checks
• Create a positive onboarding experience for new employees
• Be a friendly first point of contact for everyday P&C queries
• Build relationships with employees and leaders across manufacturing sites
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
• Prepare HR reports and support people-related insights
• Coordinate training, development and people programs; keep HR policies current
• Listen, follow through and help across day-to-day people matters
