Job summary

HTHA, a proud subsidiary of RACV, seeks a People and Culture Advisor to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding, based across Noble Park and Melbourne CBD. You will provide first point of contact on P&C queries, coordinate lifecycle activities, and contribute to P&C projects in a collaborative, growth-minded team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Human Resources coordinator/consultant or equivalent role.
• Degree qualification in Human Resources or equivalent(or equivalent related experience)
• Practical working knowledge of HR practices across the employee lifecycle and employment matters.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience providing first point of contact responses to P&C queries.
• Experience supporting the delivery of P&C initiatives or projects is desirable.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative and a team player.
• Able to navigate changeand ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support on a range of People and Culture matters and activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including recruitment.
• Work collaboratively with the People and Culture team to support core functions and activities of P&C and contribute to projects and initiatives.
