Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a fast-growing tech organisation to hire an experienced People & Culture Partner. The role will work directly with business leaders to build scalable HR practices and shape a high-performing culture across a growing organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will operate with a blend of strategy and hands-on delivery, thriving in ambiguity and building scalable people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle: Drive structured, efficient recruitment processes to secure top talent while overseeing seamless onboarding, people administration, and core lifecycle processes.
• HRIS, Data & Insights: Maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate data, utilizing HR analytics and reporting to identify trends, inform decision-making, and continuously improve people practices.
• Leader Capability & Advice: Provide practical advice and support to managers across employee relations, performance management, and complex workplace matters.
• Governance & Legislation: Ensure all people’s practices and policies are applied fairly and consistently in alignment with Australian employment legislation and organisational values.
• Scalable Culture & Initiatives: Deliver practical talent and culture initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, drive employee engagement, and support scalable growth.

We're partnering with a fast-growing tech organisation, seeking an experienced, commercially minded People & Culture Partner to join their People and Culture team.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, build scalable HR practices, and shape a high-performing culture across a growing organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will partner directly with leaders across the business to build capable teams, enhance employee experience, and ensure consistent, practical P&C delivery across the employee lifecycle.

This is a role with a true mix of strategy and hands-on operations. As the business is in its growth phase, someone who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and building rather than just improving will be an ideal candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:
