Job summary

Public Sector People are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to join a Not-for-Profit organisation and support a positive workplace culture through practical HR advice and meaningful people initiatives.

You'll work across the full employee lifecycle, providing generalist HR support while contributing to broader people and culture initiatives, policy reviews, and workforce development programs. The role emphasises collaboration with managers and inclusive workplace practices.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in a HR role.
• Sound knowledge of employee relations and relevant employment legislation.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, exercise discretion and contribute to a collaborative team.
• Strong digital literacy and experience with HRIS platforms.
• Previous experience in an NFP or wider Public Sector environment is highly regarded.
