People & Capability Coordinator (ANZ)

Job summary

TDG Environmental is hiring a People & Capability Coordinator to support our ANZ operations across Queensland and New Zealand. You will help manage the employee lifecycle, support operational leaders, and contribute to people projects and workforce initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, you will build practical people solutions, maintain HRIS records, and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employment relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources or People & Capability roles.
• Exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations or administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgement.
• Ability to build relationships with operational leaders and frontline teams.
• Proactive mindset and desire to support others.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support across the employee lifecycle from hire to exit, handle probation reviews, and prepare employment paperwork.
• Offer first-level support to operational teams, interpret policies and respond to employment-related queries.
• Assist with award interpretation, employment compliance, performance, conduct and return-to-work processes.
• Support managers and staff on Enterprise and Awards Agreements and ER matters.
• Contribute to HRIS data integrity, reporting, and process improvement projects.
• Assist hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience and coordinate recruitment activities.
