Job summary

HelloFresh in Sydney is seeking a People Specialist to deliver a high-quality People Operations service across Australia and New Zealand. You'll own core employee lifecycle processes, guide employees and managers, and drive improvements at scale from the Chippendale HQ in a hybrid setup.

You will manage onboarding, changes, offboarding, HR data in Workday, and visa-related processes, partnering with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Field HR, and Global People Shared Services.
