Peoplefusion partners with a large Australian engineering and infrastructure organisation to recruit a People & Capability Coordinator for an initial six-month temporary assignment, with genuine potential for extension or permanency. Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, HR coordination or onboarding.
• Experience maintaining an HRIS or employee database.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment medicals and background checks.
• Support new starter onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records.
• Update HRIS and internal registers.
• Assist with recruitment administration and candidate coordination.
• Support probation, performance and lifecycle processes.
