Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced People Services Coordinator based in Sydney to provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries. You will coordinate onboarding, offboarding, recruitment activities, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives while supporting HR projects including site integrations.

This role requires 3+ years in HR, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Qualification in HR or related discipline with 3+ years’ experience.
• Understanding of HR policies, processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services with recruitment exposure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced People Services Coordinator to join our team, based in Martin Place, Sydney. In this role, you will provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle and act as the first point of contact for employee and manager enquiries. You will also support HR initiatives and projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including guidance on HR policies, procedures and processes
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, MSIC applications and renewals
• Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and preemployment checks
• Assist with performance management, disciplinary processes and employee relations, including documentation and record keeping
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, Reward & Recognition activities and HR events
• Support HR projects and initiatives, including the integration of new and existing sites and implementation of HR processes

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Qualification in HR or a related discipline, with 3+ years’ experience in HR or a similar role
• Sound understanding of HR policies, processes and systems, with experience across the employee lifecycle
• Experience in HR Operations or a Shared Services environment, with exposure to recruitment
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
