Job summary

City Beach is seeking a People Analyst to manage and optimise our people systems and reporting suite from our Brisbane base. You will deliver accurate data, develop insights, and support continuous improvement across People & Culture.

The role collaborates with IT and leadership to drive efficient processes and better decision-making. You will generate dashboards, maintain system training guides, and help ensure data integrity across HR platforms like Tanda, Workday or SAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with HRIS or HR management systems.
• Experience documenting processes, testing and system audits.
• Strong data and reporting skills with Excel, Power BI and Power Query.
• Understanding of People & Culture functions and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyse people reports and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Communicate insights to People & Culture and Leadership Teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for visibility of people data and metrics.
• Administer and support people systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate to manage the JIRA People Systems Helpdesk and resolve queries.
• Translate data into actionable insights for leaders and teams.
• Identify workforce risks and optimisation opportunities through data analysis.
