Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a People & Culture Analyst to enable data-driven HR solutions through the effective administration of HR systems, workforce reporting and analytics, people operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with the P&C Systems & Analytics Lead and broader People & Culture team, you will help ensure workforce data integrity, deliver valuable business insights, optimise HR systems and support projects that enhance operational effectiveness and employee

Qualifications

Experience administering Workday HCM and related HR systems.
Background in workforce analytics, HR reporting or people data management.
Experience creating dashboards and visualisations using Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex workforce data.
Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation and reporting.
Ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels.
Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Support and optimise Workday and related HR systems.
Develop workforce dashboards, reports and people analytics solutions.
Analyse workforce trends and deliver actionable business insights.
Drive data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to improve people processes and reporting capability.
Support HR technology enhancements, testing and implementation activities.
Contribute to strategic People & Culture projects and transformation initiatives.
