Simplerecruit is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist for a busy paediatric practice in Sydney. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries by phone and email, and support billing and record-keeping to ensure a smooth flow of patients.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in face-to-face reception and front-desk duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, patient-focused reception service.
• Manage appointments, phone and email inquiries.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
• Process patient billing and receipts, assist with outstanding accounts.
• Scan referrals and liaise with clinicians on patient needs.
• Follow privacy requirements and support a cooperative team environment.
