Prosper Paediatrics in Adelaide seeks a dedicated Medical Reception and Administration team member to support paediatric specialists and families with high-quality reception and administrative services.

Casual and full-time roles available. The successful candidate will follow detailed procedures, work with IT systems, and provide warm, professional interaction with patients, carers and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong work and team ethics, honesty, energy.
• Empathy, warmth and professionalism in communication with children, families and staff.
• Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use IT systems and health administration software.

Responsabilités

• General reception, correspondence, filing and admin tasks using IT systems.
• Liaison with doctors, team members, patients and families in person and via phone/email.
• Light cleaning and maintenance to keep a clean, hygienic practice.
• Immediate cleaning of spills/mess in a paediatric setting.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with health care ethics in all duties.
