The successful candidate will have strong English communication, empathy and professionalism, with experience in medical reception or similar, and a commitment to exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General reception, correspondence, filing and administration tasks using IT systems.
• Liaison with team members, doctors, children, adolescents and parents.
• Light cleaning and maintenance to keep a tidy, hygienic environment.
• Maintain patient and practitioner confidentiality in line with policies.
