ANZUK Education is seeking a Pedagogy & Practice Leader (Educational Leader) in NSW. This non-ratio leadership role focuses on strengthening curriculum, mentoring leaders and teachers, and driving quality improvement across a small cluster of services.

Ideal for experienced Educational Leaders or Senior ECTs. You will shape pedagogy, deliver professional learning, and collaborate with owners who are invested in quality education and team development.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
• Current or previous Educational Leader, Senior ECT or Room Leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and reflective practice.
• Passion for mentoring and coaching educators.
• Confident communicator with collaborative leadership style.
• Desire to grow into broader pedagogical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Mentoring Educational Leaders and educators to enhance teaching practice.
• Supporting planning, programming and reflective practice aligned with EYLF.
• Driving continuous quality improvement and pedagogical consistency.
• Guiding teams through critical reflection and professional growth.
• Supporting Quality Improvement Plans and assessment readiness.
• Promoting inclusive practices and strong family engagement.
• Delivering coaching, modelling and professional learning support.
