Job summary

ANZUK Education seeks an Educational Leader for the Northern suburbs of Adelaide to guide and support educators across all rooms. You will coach and mentor staff, uplift professional practice, and work in partnership with the Director within a values-driven, community-focused centre.

The role offers above‑award pay with 15% WRP, plus super, and a strong commitment to professional development in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood education required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS is essential.
• Current First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and RRHAN-EC training required.
• South Australian Working With Children Check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and uplift professional practice across all rooms in the centre.
• Support educators and work closely with the Director to guide the team.
• Operate above ratio with a values-driven committee to improve education and wellbeing.

Skills

Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
