Job summary

ANZUK Education in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to oversee the development and delivery of a high-quality, play-based curriculum. You will mentor educators, model best practice in the room, and lead 1-1 sessions to support teaching and learning styles.

You'll join a strong leadership team, benefit from generous PD budgets and a yearly bonus, and work with a service focused on wellbeing and collaboration across teaching teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an Educational Leader role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent).

ANZUK is supporting a fantastic service in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs in their search for an experienced Educational Leader to join the team.

You will be a strong leader who enjoys mentoring through role modelling best practice in the room. You will enjoy spending 1-1 time with educators and teachers, getting to their individual teachingandlearning styles.

The centre is looking for a confident and passionate leader, with strong pedagogical knowledge and someone who promotes a culture of collaboration and accountability.

You will be someone who celebrates the wins – big or small – and is dedicated to looking after your team’s wellbeing.

You will benefit from working closely with a highly experienced management team to develop and deliver high quality programs throughout the service.
