anzuk Education is partnering with a leading early learning provider in Adelaide’s southern suburbs to recruit an experienced Educational Leader.

You will join a well-established leadership team, lead curriculum excellence, mentor educators, champion continuous improvement, and help create exceptional learning outcomes for children. This role suits someone who loves building capability and leading pedagogical discussions.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher.
• Current or recent experience as an Educational Leader.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop educators.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader who can confidently guide curriculum practice and inspire educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children.

You will bring:

• ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
• Current or recent experience as an Educational Leader
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• A proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop educators
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Current Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
• Current First Aid, CPR and Child Protection training, or willingness to obtain
• Availability to work five days per week across rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
