Job summary

Community Solutions is seeking a compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner in NSW to work with individuals, families and networks to implement Positive Behaviour Support plans that promote safety, choice and independence. Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Developmental Education or related field.
• Registration preferably as a Core Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop evidence-based strategies.
• Complete Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support plans.
• Collaborate with families, support workers, and allied health professionals.
• Build the capacity of support teams through coaching and mentoring.
