Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, invites applications for a full-time Behaviour Support Practitioner in Penrith. The role involves conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing PBS plans, supporting participants with complex needs, and collaborating with families within a multidisciplinary team.

You will have current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration, be able to manage a varied caseload, possess a valid driver’s license, and benefit from 1:1

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Experience delivering behaviour support and producing high‑quality PBS plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a complex, varied caseload independently.
• Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop a comprehensive understanding of participant needs.
• Create evidence‑based, personalised PBS plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.
• Support participants with complex needs through a PBS approach.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve positive outcomes.
• Work within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
