Growth and Change PBS invites qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our Adelaide team on a flexible, hybrid basis. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support across home, school, and community settings, with autonomy to structure working hours and a pathway to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner or eligibility for registration.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and report-writing skills.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours and support needs.
• Knowledge of NDIS and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) frameworks.
• Current WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive behaviour support services to NDIS participants.
• Develop and review evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
• Work closely with families, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Provide guidance or mentoring to junior practitioners if working in a senior or leadership role.
