Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is seeking an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team across NSW. Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop personalised PBS plans aligned to participant goals, while supporting individuals with complex needs.

You'll collaborate with families, supervise and mentor, and access a broad range of MedHealth wellbeing programs and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core, Proficient or Advanced).
• Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality PBS plans and reports.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex caseload independently.
• Degree in allied health or related area (preferred but not necessary).
• Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behaviour assessments and understand participant needs.
• Create evidence-based, personalised PBS plans tailored to goals.
• Support participants with complex needs through PBS approaches.
• Collaborate with families and support networks to achieve outcomes.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence and continuous learning.
