Job summary

Bradken is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join the HR Services & Reward team in Australia. You will manage weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried staff, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across Australian operations.

Reporting to the HR Services Manager, APAC, you will handle payroll data, queries, reconciliations and reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with awards and legislation.

Qualifications

• At least three years of Australian payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience processing weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Experience using ADP is highly preferred.
• Experience using UKG/Kronos or another time and attendance system.

Responsibilities

• Process Australian weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Manage employee changes, benefits, deductions, leave and termination payments.
• Support time and attendance processes for hourly and operational employees.
• Interpret payroll and timekeeping data in line with legislation and awards.
• Respond to payroll queries from employees and managers.
