Job summary

Bradken Ltd. is hiring a Payroll Officer in Australia to deliver accurate weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried staff. You will manage data accuracy, respond to queries and support attendance and payroll reconciliations.

The role requires solid Australian payroll experience, working knowledge of legislation and strong Excel skills. Flexible work options and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ Australian payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience processing weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.
• Experience using ADP is highly preferred; knowledge of Kronos/time and attendance is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards and superannuation.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process Australian weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Handle employee changes, leave, deductions and termination payments.
• Support time and attendance processes for hourly and operational staff.
• Respond to payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and complete reconciliations and reports.
