Bradken is a global leader in wear products and services in the resources sector. Bradken seeks an experienced Payroll Officer to join the HR Services & Reward team in WA, handling weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for hourly and salaried staff across Australian operations.

You will report to the HR Services Manager APAC and ensure accurate payroll data, timely responses to queries, and compliance with awards, superannuation and taxation, while maintaining confidentiality and data

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of Australian payroll experience.
• Hands-on experience processing weekly, fortnightly or monthly payrolls.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.

Aufgaben

• Processing Australian weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
• Managing employee changes, benefits, deductions, leave and termination payments.
• Supporting time and attendance processes for hourly and operational employees.
• Interpreting payroll data in line with awards, agreements and legislation.
• Responding to payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Investigating payroll discrepancies and resolving issues promptly.
• Completing payroll reconciliations, reports and audits.
• Maintaining accurate employee and payroll information.
