Job summary

Key Assets is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the National Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee fortnightly payroll processing, including casual and executive staff, ensure accurate SCHADS Award interpretation, and maintain payroll systems across the organisation.

The role emphasises confidentiality and precision, with expectations of 500+ staff experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Knowledge of SCHADS Award and payroll legislation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• End to end processing of fortnightly payroll, including casual, auto pay and executive employees.
• Maintenance and improvement of HR and Payroll systems and practices.
• Ensure compliance with SCHADS Award and payroll legislation.
