Job summary

Veritas in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a 12-month contract. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing in a high-volume environment, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, with SCHADS Award interpretation.

You will handle new starters, terminations, leave, superannuation, payroll reconciliations, and respond to payroll queries, while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Payroll Officer in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience interpreting and processing payroll under the SCHADS Award.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to commence immediately.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Availability to commence immediately
