seek.com.au is seeking a reliable Payroll and Administration Relief Officer to provide coverage during periods of leave and peak workload. The role focuses on payroll relief and includes a range of general administrative responsibilities across the business.

The position is permanent part time, approximately 16 hours per week, with hours negotiated based on applicant needs. This role offers exposure to payroll processing and office support tasks within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and compliance.
• Solid understanding of superannuation and payroll tax obligations.
• Logistics industry experience is advantageous.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• High level of accuracy and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a relief capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll processing relief and support.
• Complete and lodge permanent payroll reporting requirements (incl. superannuation reporting).
• Complete monthly payroll tax reporting.
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Provide workshop administration support and general office duties as required.
