Job summary

Aidacare Pty Ltd is seeking a capable Payroll Officer to join our finance team on a four-day-per-week, permanent part-time basis. The role is based in Moorebank, NSW and reports to the Payroll Manager.

Key duties include processing weekly and monthly payroll in HR3, maintaining employee records, and reconciling timesheets across centres. Join a supportive team with strong confidentiality expectations and a focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a payroll role (1+ years preferred).
• Experience in HR3 system preferred, not compulsory
• High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and excellent time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with centre teams and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/monthly payroll using HR3, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding details, and award classifications.
• Reconcile timesheets, leave balances, allowances, and variations across multiple centres.
• Respond to payroll queries with clarity, professionalism, and a service‑focused approach.
• Process work covers related payment and reconciliation for each work cover case
• Maintain job changes forms and updating in HR3
• Assisting payroll manager for any payroll related tasks
• Access and look after payroll emails when needed
