Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing across fortnightly cycles.
• Ensure accurate payroll delivery in line with legislation, awards, and policies.
• Maintain employee payroll records (new starters, terminations, variations, leave).
• Process payroll adjustments including overtime, allowances, deductions, and back pay.
• Reconcile payroll and support month-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with PAYG, superannuation, and payroll tax obligations.
• Respond to employee payroll queries and provide timely support.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and payroll compliance requirements.
• Support process improvements and system efficiencies.
