Job summary

ForHealth Group is seeking a warm, organized Patient Experience Concierge to join our Charlestown team, acting as the first contact for patients and visitors and guiding them through their visit with a friendly, professional presence.

You will assist with check-in, appointment bookings, basic admin, and customer service, helping ensure a positive experience from entry to exit across our health services network.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, hospitality, retail or concierge-style role.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure.
• Basic tech skills and a willingness to learn QR check-in and admin systems.
• Understanding of CDM and CDBS (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, assist with QR code check-in and direct them appropriately.
• Support reception with appointment bookings, scanning, basic admin and phone calls.
• Maintain front-of-house cleanliness, stock brochures and materials, and monitor patient wait times.
• Encourage Google reviews and help educate patients about healthcare programs such as CDBS and CDM.
• Open and close the medical centre, ensuring a smooth start and end to each day.
• Relay patient feedback and assist the Practice Manager with any service or WHS concerns.
