Job summary

Level7 is opening a premium health, fitness and wellness club and is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering a warm welcome while managing day-to-day front-of-house operations.

The role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking abilities and a genuine interest in health and wellness. This is a full-time position with weekday and weekend roster requirements to support club opening.

• Previous reception, customer service or hospitality experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests and visitors to Level7
• Provide friendly, professional and personalised customer service
• Manage the reception desk and front-of-house operations
• Answer phone calls, emails and general enquiries
• Assist members with questions, requests and bookings
• Manage member bookings and appointments
• Assist with check-ins and member access
• Provide information about Level7 facilities, services and memberships
• Support membership enquiries and direct leads to the appropriate team
• Maintain accurate member information and records
• Process payments and other reception transactions where required
• Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
• Assist with member events, promotions and club activities
• Communicate effectively with the wider Level7 team
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the club
• Escalate member concerns or operational issues appropriately
• Maintain Level7's high standards of presentation and service
