Peninsula Hand Therapy in Mornington, VIC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for a part-time, on-site role. You will greet clients, manage check-in/out, answer calls, and coordinate appointments to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will handle basic clerical tasks, maintain patient records, and assist with billing inquiries while delivering excellent customer service in a multidisciplinary, confidential healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Strong customer service and communication skills; interact professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Experience with receptionist duties: greeting visitors, managing appointments, and coordinating front desk operations.
• Proficient phone etiquette; manage multiple calls, inquiries, and messages calmly.
• Solid clerical skills: data entry, record keeping, filing, and using office software (scheduling systems, email, word processing).
• Healthcare or allied health experience is advantageous.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage time in a busy clinical environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality.
• Relevant administrative or customer service training or qualifications are beneficial.
