Job summary

Partnered Health Medical Centres in Geelong is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to greet patients, assist clinicians, answer calls, triage, book appointments, and manage billing and administrative tasks. A dedicated training program includes orientation, compliance training, and ongoing support from the Practice Manager.

Applicants should have medical administration experience, strong customer service, knowledge of medical terminology, and good computer skills.

Qualifications

• Previous medical administration or reception experience desired.
• Exceptional customer service and cultural sensitivity.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Current vaccination and immunisation status required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge and skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
