Job summary

Spire Healthcare Limited is opening a brand new Perth Clinic and seeks an Administrator & Patient Concierge to join our team. In this fast-paced role you will provide admin support and concierge services to ensure patients receive five-star care.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or reception, is highly organized, and comfortable handling confidential information. Full-time hours are Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Sat 8am-1pm, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception and/or administration is highly desired.
• Previous experience in a face to face customer service environment preferable (Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality).
• Someone who is highly organised, accurate and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be welcoming, patient focused and deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Deal with enquiries from patients, staff and visitors face-to-face or by telephone.
• Practise and maintain a high standard of confidentiality at all times and exercise absolute discretion in all information.
• Undertake various clerical duties.
• Full-time hours are Monday–Friday 8am–8pm and Saturday 8am–1pm.
