Spire Healthcare is expanding with a brand new Perth Clinic and is seeking an Administrator & Patient Concierge to join the team. The role provides administrative support and concierge services to ensure patients receive five-star care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or reception, be highly organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment with strong communication and computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, reception and/or administration is highly desired.
• Face-to-face customer service experience preferred (Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality).
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and team collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the clinic.
• Offer concierge services to ensure patient satisfaction and five-star care.
• Handle enquiries from patients, staff and visitors face-to-face or by phone.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with patient and staff information.
• Perform clerical duties and general office tasks.
