Spire Perth Clinic is excited to invite applications for a full-time Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness across clinics, offices, and public spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

The role requires reliability, clear communication, and the ability to work with clinical colleagues to support day-to-day operations. Evening and some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required, but reliability and clear communication are essential.
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, especially in a customer-facing environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with patients, visitors and colleagues.
• Flexible to work evenings and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Completing cleaning schedules in line with the requirements of your shift.
• Ensuring rooms are clean, prepared and set up to the correct layout as required.
• Maintaining cleanliness across offices, clinical areas and public spaces.
• Working closely with clinical colleagues to support the day-to-day needs of the Clinic.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH.

Housekeeper | Perth Clinic | Full time – 37.5 hours per week | Permanent | Excellent Benefits

Spire Perth Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the Clinic. You will play an important role in ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and colleagues.

Spire Perth Clinic provides outpatient and day case treatments by a team of dedicated consultants and healthcare professionals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Completing cleaning schedules in line with the requirements of your shift.
• Ensuring rooms are clean, prepared and set up to the correct layout as required.
• Maintaining cleanliness across offices, clinical areas and public spaces.
• Working closely with clinical colleagues to support the day-to-day needs of the Clinic.
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including COSHH.
• Supporting the team to maintain consistently high standards across the Clinic.

Who We Are Looking For

No formal qualifications are required, but we are looking for someone who is reliable, professional and able to communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to build rapport with patients, visitors and colleagues.
• A team-focused approach.
• The ability to work independently and use initiative.
• A methodical and organised approach to work.
• High personal standards and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings and some weekends.
