Job summary

Monash IVF Group's Sydney Ultrasound for Women is seeking a confident, customer-focused bookings professional at our Kent Street clinic in Sydney. The role is phone-based, handling inbound and outbound calls to help patients navigate the booking process and arrange appointments efficiently.

Based Monday to Friday in the clinic, you will support online bookings, contact patients on waitlists and new referrals, and work closely with the Bookings Team Leader to deliver an exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Experience in call centre or high-volume customer service environments.
• Confident communicator with excellent listening skills.
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries.
• Careful, patient-focused and organised in a busy clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and book appointments professionally.
• Make outbound calls to patients on waitlists and referrals.
• Process online bookings and keep appointment details up to date.
• Provide clear guidance to patients throughout the booking process.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow privacy procedures.
• Collaborate with the Bookings Team Leader and clinic staff to ensure smooth processes.
• Deliver a positive patient experience through attentive service.
