Job summary

Talentify is seeking a healthcare administrative professional to support patient intake and care coordination. You’ll welcome patients, handle calls, assist with MyChart enrollment, and ensure accurate demographic and insurance data.

In EPIC, you’ll manage worklists, scheduling, and documentation while coordinating with care teams to keep appointments on track. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Exceptional communication and patient service skills.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Familiarity with EPIC or willingness to learn quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check patients in and out for visits.
• Answer phone calls to assist with questions, scheduling, and care steps.
• Assist patients with enrolling in and using MyChart.
• Enter, review, and update patient demographic and insurance data.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to support coordinated care.
• Collect and process patient payments including copays and deductibles.
• Work in EPIC, including workqueues and document scanning.
• Schedule referrals and follow-up appointments.
• Help patients complete required forms and paperwork.
